What is a NEMpreg?
NEMpreg is an advanced pre-impregnated textile based on snap cure epoxy resin with excellent adhesive properties and thermal performance.
Why NEMpreg?
Snap cure resin
NEMpreg guarantees you a fast processing of the composite material. It is a snap cure resin based system that processes at 120°C in only 10 minutes. This helps to speed up production and generates higher capacity.
Perfect adhesion
With our product perfect adhesion, stable resin flow and long out life can be reached. Thanks to these features the gluing process can be reduced or eliminated for the sandswich structures even using metal or plastic cores.
Tailor-made
Our NEMpregs can be tailored according to specific preferences including the kind of technical textiles, resin content, resin system modifications etc.
Room temperature storage
The NEMpreg can be stored at room temperature, without the need to be frozen at sub-zero temperatures, for up to 12 months.
