Defence24 Days is one of the most important events dedicated to security, advanced technologies, and the future of the defence industry in Central and Eastern Europe. This year, New Era Materials had the pleasure of participating as a partner, actively engaging in discussions on innovative materials, advanced manufacturing, and the development of technologies for the defence sector. Among the participants and speakers were representatives of government institutions, NATO experts, leaders from the aerospace and defence industries, and representatives of international technology companies. Key topics of this year’s edition included technological security, the development of the European defence industry, supply chain resilience, and the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies for the defence sector.

At New Era Materials, we are continuously developing comprehensive capabilities in advanced manufacturing for the defence industry. We offer 3D printing services in SLS, MJF, SLA, FDM, and DMLS technologies, enabling both rapid prototyping and low-volume as well as specialized production of components for the defence and aerospace sectors. DMLS technology, in particular, is widely used for producing metal parts with high precision, low weight, and excellent mechanical performance.

One of our key strengths is the ability to combine multiple advanced technological processes under one roof. At the New Era Materials facility in Modlniczka, we have an experienced R&D team, in-house laboratories, and advanced machinery for the production of epoxy-based prepregs and modern composite structures. This allows us to integrate composite technologies for the defence industry with 3D printing and additive manufacturing solutions.

This approach enables us to execute advanced projects in the field of defence component production, where strength, weight reduction, rapid deployment, and manufacturing flexibility are critical. The combination of composites, prepregs, and additive manufacturing technologies offers vast opportunities for the modern defence industry, and New Era Materials is actively contributing to this development.
