Transport & Mobility market is not able to work well and effectively without composites and therefore airspace, railway and bus applications for composite materials are NEM’s principal objective. Our R&D Department is constantly working under NEMpregs and NEMresin improvement, our engineers and designers/constructors refine the basic applications of NEMplates, NEMsandwiches and NEMcomposites 3D elements to take into consideration Transport & Mobility market conditions and demands. NEM’s basic task in this respect is to make sure that composites are effectively used to provide high strength, resilience, impact, shock resistance and light weight and do not breach fire retardant standards EN 45545-2.

Thanks to fast curing pressing time can be shortened, coating/gluing in door, wall and ceiling panels production processes can be reduced or even eliminated. We work on different kinds of reinforcement and do the impregnation in house.

NEMresin

Our NEMresin can be successfully used for the laminating of interior elements in order to provide high strength, resilience, impact and shock resistance.

  • White, powdered epoxy resin with simple, quick forming (120°C in 8 min.)
  • 6 months room temperature storage in closed container
  • Melting temperatures above 40°C

NEMplate

NEMplate

Carbon or glass NEMplates are manufactured under heated pressure from multiple layered NEMpregs (based on carbon or glass uni-directional or twill fiber impregnated with epoxy resin). High strength, lightweight.
